Plant / system solutions are either integrated into existing or new buildings. The plant is usually based on individual design and requires project-specific solutions for the supporting structures of equipment.

Typical tasks:

• Erection of new production buildings, e.g. in modular, tower or horizontal design
• Extension of existing buildings
• Installing additional supporting beams to existing platforms in order to draw erect new machines / equipment

Typical supply scope depending on the project:

• Summary of static and dynamic load specifications for machines / equipment
• (Pre-) static calculations for steel / floor designs, taking into account allowable live loads, regional factors such as snow, wind, earthquake, etc.
• Overall and shop drawings for steel structures, equipment supports
